After School Registration for Both Programs Begins-Current Families

We service grades K thru 5th from Friedberg and Midway Elementary in our Elementary Age After School Program. We also service grades 6th thru 8th from Oak Grove and North Davidson in our Middle School Program!

If you are registering a currently enrolled child, all you need is a registration check with your child’s name in the memo line and let me know what school they will be attending.

If your child goes to Midway, they will ride the Davidson County School bus here and your registration fee will be $50 per child. If they attend Friedberg, Oak Grove, or North Davidson Middle School , we will provide pickup from school on our mini-buses, so your registration fee will be $75 per child (to help us cover gas expenses). Please remember, we have very limited space, and it’s first come, first serve.

TO ENROLL a new child: please fill out and return the enrollment forms (found on our PARENT RESOURCE section) and provide a copy of your child's immunization record, as well as a check for the applicable registration fee

School Year Registration Dates:

July 2nd for currently enrolled parents

July 9th for past program families (if you attended this past school year or any time in the past) and Oak Forest UMC members

July 16th for the General Public
